    What’s Next?….
Now that you received Jesus in your heart or have rededicated your life to Him, you are a part of the family of God. Here are some very important steps to start your new life and grow in your relationship with God:

Tell others of your experience with Jesus.1
There’s no shame in being part of His family, He has done so much for us we should shout it from the roof tops! Or the ground, either way, share His love with others.  Especially tell other Christians who love Jesus and will be honored to help and guide you in your new walk with Him.

    Read your Bible Daily2,3
The Bible is a wonderful Book full of God’s promises for us. Don’t read it just like any book, but read it as if it was written just for you, which it was! Start reading from the New Testament, the book of Matthew. If you need a Bible please email us @ Bible@GluMinistries.com. We will be very honor to send you a Bible.

    Pray daily.4
Talk to God and listen for His answer. He has so much to show you and He is waiting to hear from you.

Receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, and pray in the Holy Spirit every day.5,6

Yes there’s a divine language that is given by and through the Holy Spirit. I deeply encourage you to learn more about this wonderful gift.

    Attend church regularly.7
Find a good church, I know we normally say this, and it’s true, but I’m going to go a little further and say to find a good “Pastor”. A good Pastor will have a good church, one that teaches the whole Bible, not religion, tradition, opinions and definitely not politics. A church that is doing everything to bring more people to Jesus and whose vision is winning souls and help those in need.

    Be baptized in Water.8
What?! You say you already may have been baptize when you where a baby? Did you know what you were doing? Being baptize is the same as accepting Jesus, it has to come from your heart, like my Pastor says “if you going in a dry devil, you come out a wet devil” When you get baptize you are burying your past and coming out washed clean. You associate yourself with Jesus in His death and resurrection.

    Repent quickly when you sin.
Let’s face it we are humans and we are still going to make mistakes, the Bible says 9“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” We can’t hide anything from Him anyway’s. He knows that as we continue to grow and learn we are still going to make mistakes and fall on our face. It’s like when we first learned how to ride a bike; we fell, dusted ourselves off, got on the bike and tried again. If we sincerely repent He will forgive us.

Spend time with other Christians that love Jesus.10
I cannot emphasize this more than anything, it’s important that you get together with other Christians, who will help, guide and pray for you and answer any questions you may have.

Look for ways to serve God by helping people inside and outside of the church.11
There are many ways to help in or outside of church, more likely there’s something already in your heart that you would like to do. The best thing in this world is to find the calling in your life; some people know what to do right away and some know in time, just by serving and praying. Please get involve do not just warm-up a chair.

Begin to give financially into the work of the ministry through tithes and offering.12

Yep, some people don’t like this because they think people just want your money, but if you give your tithes and offering to your home church you are doing two things, 1. You are being obedient to the Word of God, the Bible says 12“But this I say; he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.” And 2. You are helping to further the Gospel and bring others to the same wonderful love and salvation you received and also help those in need.

If you prayed to receive Jesus, have further questions or need prayer, please send us an Email, we would love to hear from you!

    Scripture Reference….

(1)Romans 1:16 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek” (2)Psalm 19:711 “The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul; The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple; The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes; The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. More to be desired are they than gold, yea, then much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. Moreover by them Your servant is warned, and in keeping them there is great reward.” (3)2 Timothy 3:16-17 “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (4) Luke 18:1 “Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart…” (5) Acts 2:4 “And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” (6) Jude 20 “But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit…” (7)Acts 2:42 “And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.” (8)Matthew 28:19 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” (9)John 1:9 10I John 1:7 “But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.” (11)Galatians 5:13-14 “For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.” (12)2 Corinthians 9:67
